Our role is to resolve quality related concerns and potential critical liability issues affecting the European markets. Additionally, we also support many and varied markets where our European assembled vehicles are exported to, including countries outside the traditional European Region including North Africa, Middle East and Asia.Your responsibilitiesYou will travel where the vehicle involved in a crash is located to investigate, analyse and try to reconstruct what happened * You prioritize potential field concerns through investigation and analysis

• You will be responsible for the coordination and handling of risk management items (ie authority inquiries, product liability & market surveillance cases)
• You ensure appropriate actions are taken for escalated potential safety items, which might cause reputational damaging and/ or potential compliance items
• After a well-structured deep analysis, you propose the next cause of actions to higher Management.
• Building on your experience gathered through these activities, you will drive projects to apply Kaizen to our operations and to improve our collaboration cooperation with related divisions.

Your Profile

• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)

Min. 4+ years of experience in engineering functions or similar ones, for example, risk management/assessment, field service engineer, crash test engineer, accident reconstruction engineer * Good fact finding and analysis skills to draw conclusions from the gathered data and information

Experience with technical problem diagnosis, root causes analysis and tools related to accident reconstruction, crash tests and similar areas * Flexibility and good personal organization competences to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and negotiation attitude in an assertive but diplomatic way to reach consensus and get buy-in
• You have a passion to achieve customer satisfaction
• Relevant education level, Bachelor / Master’s degree in engineering (automotive, mechanical, electrical …)
• Willing to travel: 10 – 20% within Europe.
• A passion for mobility solutions
• Experience in automotive
• Emotional Resilience
• Knowledge and affinity with quality processes and tools is an asset
• Experience with technical problem diagnosis and problem solving is an advantage.
