In this role, you will be contributing to Swift’s strategy and promoting a culture of recognition and reward across our 27 global locations.We are looking for a Rewards Specialist to lead the governance, maintenance, communication and administration of existing as well as the development and implementation of new compensation & rewards initiatives, programs, policies, and procedures.This position reports to the Head of Global Rewards.The Role
- You will have the chance to create future-proof global reward programs, encompassing both compensation and benefits, and significantly impacting our people agenda, focusing on engagement through clear, competitive, and fair pay, strong leadership, and robust performance management.
- In this role, you will lead some topics and support others in collaboration with our Reward Specialists team.
- Merit and Bonus (M&B) Cycle Management: Lead the complete Merit and Bonus Cycle. Responsibilities may include benchmarking, budget setting, Workday testing, stakeholder engagement, securing approvals, and future-proofing solutions.
- Compensation: Implement a responsible and inclusive strategy to position us ahead in the fintech industry. Responsibilities may include reviewing pay ranges, managing LTI Plans and bonuses, reporting on pay inequalities, and taking corrective actions.
- Benefits Management: Tackle the unprecedented challenges in benefits programs. Responsibilities may include monitoring pension plans, managing medical plan costs, ensuring compliance with local legislations, and collaborating closely with vendors.
- International Mobility: Support global workforce development through relocations and assignments. Responsibilities may include improving mobility policies, coordinating mobility processes, managing immigration, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
- Job Level Framework: Develop a job level framework aligned with our Strategic Workforce Plan. Responsibilities may include analyzing job and skill requirements, developing and implementing the framework, collaborating with HR and stakeholders, and supervising the transition.
- HRC Support: Prepare for quarterly HRC meetings to ensure informed decision-making. Responsibilities may include budget reporting, clarifying Compensation and Benefits Policies, and preparing presentations.
- Finance: Manage staff and operating expenses in collaboration with Finance. Responsibilities may include administering invoices, purchase orders, staff expenses tracking, and defining merit and bonus budgets.
- Governance, Audit, and Risk: Maintain strong risk governance to ensure compliance, secure daily operations and cost containment. Responsibilities may include setting up and implementing robust governance frameworks and participate and provide vital input for regular audits.

- Experience: Is a Compensation & Rewards specialist with 7+ years’ experience in international compensation and rewards role. Experience in banking, high-tech or consultancy is a plus
- Education: Preferably has a Bachelor’s degree in Financial, Business Administration, Actuarial, HR or equivalent. Degree in Insurance Management and/or Tax is a plus
- Certifications: Professional certifications in relation with Comp and Ben domain such as certified Employee Benefit Specialist, Compensation Management Specialist are a plus
- Software skills: experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), familiarity with data analysis tools and software, knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello)
- Has strong project management abilities, integrity, eye for detail, strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple tasks
- Possesses a strong understanding of compensation & benefits practices deep understanding of compensation and benefits practices, strong analytical and numerical skills in the different markets including industry best practices, frameworks and models, needs and challenges, and market trends
- Is a teammate that interacts with Business HR and Regional HR staff and works directly with the Head of Global Rewards, other Reward & HR Services colleagues as well as Finance colleagues
- Is used to and effective in working in a multi-cultural, geographically dispersed, virtual team
- Has developed skills in preparing and delivering presentations and briefings
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken), additional language skills are a plus
