Reward Analyst
Location: This role can be based from either our Glasgow or Whiteley offices with flexibility to work from home dependent on business demands or similar
The Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join our People team!
As the Reward Analyst you will play an integral part in helping shape market leading compensation and benefit programmes, which assist in attracting, motivating and retaining talent to the business. The role holder will be responsible for the coordination, administration, analysis and transformation of our employee compensation, pension and benefits programmes.
What will I be doing?

Support the Head of Reward to ensure that compensation practices (including pensions) are compliant with current legislation (equal pay) and support our values of inclusion and diversity.

Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Total Reward Benefits platform; ensuring employee access and supporting with employee queries. Resolve system issues and manage change requests.

Manage Benefit approvals ensuring these are aligned to policy and liaising with Payroll on any changes.

Ensure that employees have access to benefit and Wellbeing information, keeping Benefit platform and intranet up to date with material and documentation. Act as point of contact for employee queries on company benefits and wellbeing.

Support with benchmark requests; advising HR and managers on external and internal pay recommendations.

Coordinate Gender Pay Gap reporting and GDPR compliance.

Support annual market data surveys ensuring that the job matching files are maintained and accurate.

Supporting with the annual cycles such as Pay Planning and the annual benefits renewal window, including testing, reporting and support with queries.

Manage ad-hoc reporting from weekly roster and benefit reports, Quarterly pension headcount report and Recognition budget tracking.

Responsible for Benefit invoices from raising and managing POs for Benefit providers.

Support and promote Wellbeing initiatives across the business.

Work with the business on any TUPE or M&A activities
What does Leidos need from me?

An aptitude to work across varied tasks and seek to improve efficiencies across the Reward team

Experience of Compensation or Reward projects – you might have led on these or supported other teams in related tasks

Highly numerate with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to interpret large quantities of data in support of identifying and gaining deep understanding of issues; strong quantitative and analytical skills
-
Excel knowledge
-
Familiarity with various types of incentives and employee benefits across UK and Europe
-
Ability to deliver effective communication across a diverse workforce
-
Proactive and focused on continuous improvement
-
Experience of fast-paced and demanding working environments and tight deadlines
-
Ability to support projects independently from concept through to analysis, recommendations and implementation.
It would be desirable if you had:

Working knowledge of current UK Employment legislation

Bachelor’s degree
