Outstanding residential, community, education projects!Revit Architect with strong residential mixed use experienceHousing, Community and Education ProjectsVery friendly AJ100 practice with national award winning national schemesSalary Guide: £32,000 – £40,000SummaryA renowned AJ100 practice based in London is looking for a creative and design led Revit Architect with strong Housing experience. This is a great opportunity to join a multi disciplinary practice and also work on award winning projects with the ethos to enrich the lives of people interacting with the space at the core of their work.The team is just over 100 today with some employees still working with them since they were founded in the late 60’s. They are very friendly, and you will also enjoy lovely social activities alongside a nurturing environment for career development.The role and skills required:Firstly, you must have a creative and design led approach. Also, be passionate, work-proud, and able to hand draw. You should also have a strong technical ability as well as a proven track record of producing technical drawings.The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of UK building regulations. Previous experience in UK housing, education, affordable housing, community projects. Capacity to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.Able to communicate ideas both verbally and visually. You should also be confident participating in team meetings and design reviews. Prior experience working across the RIBA stages. Especially stages 4 and 5.Furthermore, you should have excellent software knowledge primarily with Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe. Lastly, you should have an interest in and understand urban design. You should also have a sense that these disciplines are intrinsically linked when creating outstanding residential, community, education projects.
