Your mission:

In this role, you will support the Revenue Management Manager in defining and executing the commercial and pricing strategy for the Italian market.

Responsibilities

• Support the Revenue Management Manager in developing and executing the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy for all sales channels.
• Conduct analytical reviews and performance assessments during monthly closings.
• Analyze pricing trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate the ROI of promotional activities and build learnings to optimize future plans.
• Contribute to the Price Pack Architecture (PPA) process and portfolio optimization.
• Support channel initiatives, particularly in the Out-of-Home (OT) segment, working closely with channel leads.
• Partner with Finance and Sales teams to ensure business alignment and visibility of performance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using tools such as Nielsen, Power BI and IBM analytics suite.
• Collaborate with your Revenue Management peers in Italy and Spain to exchange best practices and strengthen team capabilities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, ideally within FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• High motivation, adaptability, and curiosity to learn.
• Proficiency in Nielsen, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Power BI or IBM.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
