Position: Revenue Growth Analyst
Based: Stefanowo, near Warsaw

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

-Daily work on price list, portfolio, and promotions to ensure profitable growth of the company
-Calculating the profit and loss analysis (P&L) for market activities / promotions
-Analysis of promotion management processes
-Everyday analysis of promotional campaigns in terms of volume and financial efficiency.
-Preparation of ad hock report/analysis for other departments
-Cooperation with Sales, Marketing and Finance Department to better understand business and drive profitable growth
-Being co-responsible for forecasting and control of the promotional budget and post evaluation of its profitable use
-Analysis of the market situation based on Nielsen, Focus and CMR data
-Implementation and management of promotional management tools
-Development of a reporting tools based on internal and external data (SAP, SFA/MobileTouch/Connector) to track main KPI’s
CANDIDATE PROFILE

-Educated to bachelor’s degree level, or equivalent.
-Some experience as Revenue Growth Analyst or Commercial Sales Analyst (minimum 1 year) preferably within FMCG or consulting environment.
-Ability to draw business conclusions.
-P&L calculations understanding in commercial environment.
-Experience in trade terms and price positioning analysis and recommendations is nice to have.
-Relevant experience in sales/promotional effectiveness analysis (ROI, base sales calculation, cannibalization calculation).
-Familiarity with external data tools: Nielsen, Focus, and CMR.
-Knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must, PowerBi will be an advantage).
-Good command of English.
