You will report to the Director of Commercial Excellence and work closely with the commercial teams and sales operations in the US, EMEA & APAC regions.We want to take the next step in becoming more data driven in our commercial operation, and your main responsibility is to work on revenue-generating initiatives, deliver valuable data insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve business performance.Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data, revenue trends and patterns, to identify growth opportunities for our commercial functions.
  • Identify and analyse revenue leakage or areas of underperformance to recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead data projects that support revenue growth and strategic business initiatives.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Business Development, Industry Sales, Channel Sales, Data team and Sales Operations to ensure maximum impact of data projects.
  • Collaborating with our CRM team to streamline processes and reporting across our CRM platform and other relevant tools.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of data insights into sales processes.
  • Recommend, develop and maintain relevant key metrics to monitor commercial success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, reports/key metrics on recurring schedule, translate and communicate results to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar position.
  • Experience supporting large account sales and customer success teams.
  • Experience with Google BigQuery, HubSpot and Amplitude is a clear advantage.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, including the ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Solid commercial acumen with a good understanding of sales and the commercial side of the business.
  • Great communication and presentation skills for delivering data insights to various internal stakeholders.
  • Teamplayer with strong collaboration skills, experience and ability to work across functional teams and across multiple markets.
  • Ambitious with a track record of supporting strong results through analysis, insights, collaboration and the ability to make things happen and within tight deadlines.
  • Structured, proactive and professional approach, always seeking to create progression.
