About your future role
You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, service, retention, or customer service roles where you’ve excelled in making numerous phone calls to provide outstanding service. You thrive on interacting with customers, are recognized for your attentive listening skills, and are eager to cultivate enduring customer relationships.The team is located in Ballerup, Denmark.What you will be doing:As a Customer Loyalty Agent at Nets, your primary responsibility will be to engage with existing merchants to ensure they receive an exceptional customer experience. You will proactively reach out to merchants via phone calls, aiming to understand their needs and offer value-added services that enhance their satisfaction with Nets.Conduct outbound calls to existing merchants (and sometimes inbound calls) to build and maintain strong relationships
Offer value-added services and solutions tailored to the specific needs of each merchant
Listen attentively to merchants’ feedback and concerns, addressing them promptly and effectively
Provide up-to-date market insights and opportunities to merchants, helping them maximize their benefits from Nets services
Ensure merchants are satisfied with Nets’ offerings and resolve any issues or challenges they may encounter
Adapt quickly to changes in the market and Nets’ offerings, staying informed about new products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to merchants
Handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively to meet the evolving needs of merchants and the organizationQualificationsWhat makes you the best person for this job?

  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to ensure merchant satisfaction
  • Quality conscious and able to deliver a high-quality customer experience
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to stay professional in stressful situations adapt quickly to changes and learn new concepts and offerings.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results
  • Fluent in both the English and Danish language
