  • Execute the DTC strategy and Retail assortment for a specific geo in collaboration with the other DTC merchants, Commercial DTC team, planning, Marketing and BX team. Support the execute with impact strategy for DTC, ensuring the assortment will come to life in the most meaningful and impactful way. Keep the consumer at the core of everything we do, deep diving on a weekly basis into product performance to take the relevant actions to maximize the sell-out and sell-through performance while informing future assortment strategies for DTC.

Align with X functional partners (planning, marketing, BX) to ensure efficient and impactful execution in the DTC stores, ensuring assortment come to life in the most compelling and impactful way.Be the voice of the consumers and identify strategic opportunities to increase our fan base and engage with new consumers.Drive consumer right assortment and DTC segmentation strategies that will drive a profitable and sustainable growth for your respective markets and gender while building impactful Monthly product stories, generating brand heat, commercial opportunities, in line with the big ideas of the season and SBP strategy, taking into account market specificities and consumer targets.Provide an informed POV, based on consumer insights, market trends and product results for the development of the product seasonal brief, identify gaps and eventually initiate local product development needs.Own the results (assortment performance and productivity) and analyze product performance on a weekly basis, sell-out results, ROS, Sell-through, drive the pricing strategy and monitor pricing elasticity to determine needs, in season actions and future opportunities. Based on weekly sell-out performance, drive action plan in close collaboration with trading team and take the learnings to inform future assortment strategy.Support Left to sell reduction in collaboration with trading team, take in season actions to drive incremental business while reducing inventory risks, maximizing sell-through while protecting the Brand equity.Implement the Execute with impact strategy in store in close collaboration with cross functional teams, planning & trading team, commercial , marketing and BX team.Execute an effective Go-to-market strategy in line with Global guidelines by category, style, color, price and flow. Assort efficiently with right seasonal & Monthly flow, ensuring buy now wear now strategy maximizing sell-out and sell-through at full price.Maintenance of line plans, range plans, directive assortment, PLM, systems and tools management in collaboration with Merch ops and pricing / analytics team.

Deliver the product presentation at internal meetings, ensure an inspiring and consistent message that builds brand equity and strengthens Levi’s® position in the market.Be curious, challenge the status quo and explore new opportunities that can create significant impact on the DTC business for your market and gender, helping to engage with fans and attract new ones. Analyze product performance to take relevant actions to maximize sell-out revenue.Explore business opportunities that can support the SBP, support the Tops growth beyond graphic tees and fleece and contribute gaining market share in tops while strengthening our Denim leadership and driving a true lifestyle approach.Demonstrate LS& Co values and Merchandising signature behaviors (Courage, Empathy and resilience) especially when faced with challenges.Develop and onboard the more junior profiles, ensuring best in class induction process, sharing your expertise and experienceBe the best thought partner for your peers and continuously stay informed on consumer trends, customer needs, product performance and Retail KPI’s to properly inform and adapt the product assortment.Be a true team player, sharing best practices and onboarding newcomer, create one team spirit and build strong relationship and partnership with your peers and cross functional stakeholders.Cultivate diverse and inclusive team culture, create environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow, share and learn from each other.About YouMaster degree in Business administration, Economics or fashion with fashion/ textile experience.Desire to work for a world class merchandising team.A curious mind, passion to learn, team player and a love of product.Proficiency with MS office applications (Word, PowerPoint &Excel) and analytical tools ( Power Bi, Tableau…)Minimum 3 years merchandising experience required.Excellent knowledge of merchandising in apparel, market expertise, Retail KPI’s, price and margin targets.Knowledge in stories layouts, options management, VM/ BX to maximize in store execution.Developed sense of fashion and apparel taste, understanding different consumers targets.Excellent numerical and analytical skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills- includes influencing and negotiation skills.Strong planning and organizational skills.Demonstrates high degree of flexibility and initiative with minimal direction.English is a must, other languages skills are a plus.Travel of approx. 10-20%Strategic vision: drive distinct vision and demonstrate competitive insights and consumer knowledge.Product Assortment – Through a commercial lens, analyzes, interprets and applies consumer/sales/market data to develop brand building & profitable assortments.Consumer & Market insights – Ability to identify both future oriented and in-season consumer and market apparel trends to create a strategic brand vision and point of viewProduct Aesthetics – has an intuitive passion for product coupled with expertise in fit, fabric and finish to ensure brand and consumer relevant product that emotional appeal is createdFinancial Acumen – skilled at the key financial levers and performance measures to maximize revenue, profitability, volume, sell through and brand equity through market right product assortmentsLOCATION Zaventem, BelgiumFULL TIME/PART TIME Full time
