The Team
The PVH Area Manager Team ensures Area Performance and optimal Clients Experience through transferring best practices to the Stores, supporting Store Managers, cascading and following up HQ/Store processes.
The Position
Setting ambitious goals for the Store Managers aligned with PVH’s vision for a high-standard clients’ experience and PVH Retail Strategy
Leading and guiding Store Managers to train the sales force focusing on their development and growth so that everyone can make their biggest impact
Organizing the workforce planning in order to remain within the budget and maximize the stores’ performance
Translating reports and sales analysis into strategy and business plans that will enhance the stores potential and develop new profit-making opportunities
Guaranteeing integration and collaboration with stakeholders
Building and maintaining strong relations with peers though constant exchange of feedbacks and suggestion of best policies and practices
Dealing with staffing issues conducting appraisals and performance reviews
Bringing best-in-class experience through new business opportunities, competitors analysis and market research
Ensuring high standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry
Understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
The Ideal Candidate
University Degree in Economics or related studies
At least 5 years’ experience in similar role within structured environment
Highly developed business acumen
Ability to take a ‘big picture’ view of a situation
Make decision confidently and influence others to agree with you in order to have a positive impact towards achieving the objectives of the organisation
Good communication and collaboration skills and abilities
Highly detail oriented and organized in work
Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines
High level in local language and in oral as well as written English communication
