Your key responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for daily operations and all service processes in the restaurant
• Leadership and supervision of the service team (Evening Shift – A la Carte)
• Vacation coordination, duty roster planning, and shift management
• Coaching, motivating, and developing team members professionally
• Representing the restaurant with professionalism and passion to guests and partners
• Guaranteeing excellent guest satisfaction and service quality
• Collaborating closely with the kitchen, bar, and management to optimize the overall guest offering
• (Nice To Have) Sommelier training or strong wine knowledge to enhance the guest experience and to organize & conduct employee workshops / wine tastings.

What you bring to the table:

• Several years of professional experience in high-level gastronomy or hospitality
• Sommelier training or strong wine knowledge is a strong plus
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Passion for hospitality, leadership, and guest interaction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, warm presence
• Hands-on attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn
• A true team player with a proactive mindset and service-driven thinking

Your minimum gross monthly salary is €2,655.00 (based on the Austrian collective agreement), with significant overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
