As Restaurant Manager of BARBOUNIA & Lounge, you will lead all facets of guest service and commercial success of our dynamic restaurant and hotel lounge operation. Your primary responsibilities and key objectives include team development, training, cost control and ensuring quality standards are in place for consistent delivery of high-end service. You will act as the host and face of the restaurant, ensuring that every aspect of service meets our standards while coordinating between the front-of-house and kitchen teams.Operating seven days a week, your role as Restaurant Manager will involve collaborating with various support departments to organise seamless service and management of your outlet. In the glass atrium of the Conservatorium Hotel, you will find BARBOUNIA; an all-day culinary haven inspired by the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the warm spirit of ‘La dolce vita’. BARBOUNIA is a celebration of authentic cuisine from the South of France, Italy and Greece. It offers a journey through the sun-soaked flavours of the region.This role offers an opportunity to build upon the BARBOUNIA concept, while leading a considerable team, assisted by 2 assistants, 4 supervisors, and fellow managers from different outlets. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve operational and commercial success, personalise guest experiences and team management to the standards of the Conservatorium Hotel.
