Restaurant Manager – Caribbean Luxury Resort

Salary: $36k to $40k + accommodation allowance, visa support, bonus, benefits and more

Location: St. Lucia

Our client is an award-winning luxury hotel group based in St. Lucia. We are assisting them in their search for a Restaurant Manager to work in their International themed restaurant!

Responsibilities:

* Daily operations of the restaurant
* Manage and motivate a team
* Manage restaurant financials and P&L
* Staff scheduling
* Maintaining brand standards
* Ensuring guests are having the ultimate experience

The Ideal Candidate:

* Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
* A passion for Food & Beverage. On trend knowledge. Beverage experience is a plus
* A strong leader that brings positive energy to the team
* Great career stability
* Can easily relocate
