Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands

Salary:A‚¬3200 – A‚¬3,500 per month + bonus

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with a background in pre-opening operations, a genuine passion for service excellence, and previous experience in the fast-casual restaurant industry. What you bring:

* BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
* Previous Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-casual restaurant necessary
* Previous experience in a fast paced environment and in pre-openings necessary
* Proven customer service experience as a manager
* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
* Acute financial management skills
* Ability to connect with people and to be part of a team
* Talent to empower the team and promote diversity
* Hands-on mentality
* Amazing personality
* Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities:

* Hiring the best staff for the restaurant
* Good at setting up KPI’s and action plans to reach them
* Participating in the day-to-day operations and demonstrating your strong service philosophy
* Analysing and responding to guest feedback
* Coaching employees and assisting in their further development
* Leading the team, acting as a role model and ensuring a positive atmosphere
* Organize and supervise shifts
* Scheduling and purchasing
* Calculating budgets and implementing strategic planning
* Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
