Then you are the perfect person for the role as Restaurant Manager for Carstens.Carstens is part of the iconic Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam, located directly opposite Amsterdam Central Station.As a restaurant manager:

• You are the person who ensures that everyone has an unforgettable experience, combined with the best combination of unique flavors and memorable stories.
• You will lead the restaurant team in this journey, providing them with broad knowledge of service to grow in a dynamic environment.
• Our restaurant manager:
• Ensures that the Carstens team and the entire operation are focused on delivering unforgettable experiences
• Is a passionate supporter of our F&B offering, and a visible, hands-on leader who fosters a culture of empowerment within the team
• Someone who leads by example and motivates the team to provide an excellent guest experience
• Your biggest motivation? Exceeding guests’ expectations and making sure they come back for a 2nd (or even 3rd) visit!
