Company Description

We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager with energy, personality and charm to lead our team at Alassio.

Alassio is our Italian restaurant specialising in grilled fish and seafood, with a coastal theme taking you back to that favourite summer holiday. Inspired by the majestic Italian Riviera and lazy summer meals – the menu and produce will showcase the very best the country has to offer, and the service will ensure a celebratory ambiance.

Alassio will celebrate the joy of banquet-style dining with friends and the unboundedness of a holiday appetite. Allowing the infamous quality of the Italian produce to do the talking, the menu will be filled with the freshest seasonal vegetables and larger dishes to share. Moreish antipasti, daily made fresh pasta, crisp and bubbling focaccia pizza and the centrepiece – a stunning whole fish straight from the grill.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant and the team. Your role is to deliver an exceptional guest experience whilst leading an enthusiastic and engaged team.

Additional Information

More about us…

The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never just been about offering a bed for the night. We want to be more than that: proving style doesn’t need to be sacrificed for good value and providing a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and submerse themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.
