Role Responsibilities
* Lead, develop and continuously improve the site’s quality management system, ensuring full compliance with food safety standards (including HACCP, BRC, IFS) and aligning with the group’s overarching quality strategy.
* Act as a key partner to operations and management, driving a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement across all departments, and ensuring that quality initiatives support the company’s growth ambitions.
* Collaborate closely with the central Quality team and other production sites, sharing best practices, participating in group projects and contributing to harmonised standards and processes across the organisation.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (food industry, bio-engineering, quality management, or equivalent through experience) and at least 3 years’ experience as a Quality Manager in the food industry, allowing you to leverage your expertise in a truly strategic context; experience in the meat processing industry is a strong plus.
* Solid knowledge of HACCP, BRC, IFS and food safety regulations, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to take a rigorous, solution-oriented approach to quality challenges.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, proven people management experience to motivate and develop a quality team, and fluency in French; knowledge of Dutch and English is a significant asset to collaborate effectively within the group.
