You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.You will propose improvement measures related to safety and environment to achieve the environmental objectives set by the company. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial, Production, Supply Chain and Stakeholders Managers), apply and improve standard production processes with established quality and much more.You’ll be responsible to ensure the execution of the committed activities, managing the resources under its charge for this purpose, but also promote and implement PDCA (Plan Do Check Adjust) actions with your staff to improve the standard cost for each task.We’ll look to you for:

  • Monitoring and analysis of KPIs for standard tasks and planning.
  • Assigning tasks to personnel under your charge, monitoring, resolving incidents in daily production.
  • Monitoring of the execution of workshop activities, according to the established program.
  • Proposal and compliance with the workshop environmental objectives.
  • Conducting and participating in accident investigations.

  • Academic background: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or related studies.
  • 1 year of experience in similar positions.
  • Intermediate or advance level at Office and SAP.
  • Experience in leading teams and in repairing/resetting mechanical equipment
