Responsible to: Resourcing Manager

Campus: Belfast or Coleraine

(Two positions, one permanent full-time, one permanent part-time)

Job Purpose:

The Resourcing Specialist will act as an internal consultant and expert on selection and recruitment across the University to key stakeholders.  Working closely with the Resourcing Manager and collaboratively with the wider People and Culture teams you will be responsible for delivering on key resourcing workstreams including developing our employee value proposition and significantly contributing to a sustainable resourcing operational plan and the University¿s People plan.
