Job description

We are looking for a talented Resource Manager for the Video Production team. Playsense is a full-service creative agency and a production house working with such clients as Wargaming, Riot, Ubisoft, Rovio, and others. We provide advertising solutions for the gaming and entertainment industry.Tasks

• Manage the team’s workload: Keep projects moving by assigning tasks to 20 team members based on their skills and availability. Bring in external vendors when needed.
• Optimize team capacity: Keep an eye on the team’s workload, spot any bottlenecks, and adjust to keep things running smoothly.
• Verify payments: Check billing reports for the team and vendors to make sure everything is accurate.
• Support the team: Help with day-to-day admin tasks and act as the link between Producers and Production specialists.
• Reporting: Regularly update the Head of Production and Team Supervisor on project progress and performance, highlighting key insights to improve planning and efficiency.

Requirements

• Tech-savvy in Video Production (CGI & Unreal Engine): You know the ins and outs of video production, and experience in editing, motion design, or producing is a big bonus.
• Organized and detail-oriented: You’re skilled at juggling tasks, staying on top of things, and meeting deadlines.
• Problem solver: You can spot issues before they become problems and find smart solutions to keep everything on track.
• Great communicator: Whether it’s with clients or the team, you’re clear and confident in sharing updates and gathering feedback.
• Team player: You work well with others, making sure tasks are assigned efficiently and everyone’s aligned.
• Strong financial sense: You’ve got a good handle on budgeting tools, billing reports, and managing vendor payments.
• Fluent in English: You’re comfortable communicating in both spoken and written English. Passionate about video games: You genuinely love video games.
