POSITION SUMMARY

Per AC Hotel Bologna siamo alla ricerca di una persona volenterosa e motivata per unirsi al nostro team come Reservation Manager. In questo ruolo, avrai l’opportunità di gestire le prenotazioni dell’hotel, garantendo che ogni ospite abbia un’esperienza di soggiorno eccezionale. Sarai responsabile della gestione e ottimizzazione del processo di prenotazione, lavorando a stretto contatto con il nostro team per massimizzare l’occupazione e le entrate.

REQUISITI

• Passione per l’ospitalità e per offrire un servizio eccezionale

• Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali

• Esperienza pregressa nella gestione delle prenotazioni, preferibilmente in hotel di catena

• Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione delle prenotazioni e delle tecniche di revenue management

• Capacità di lavorare in team e sotto pressione

• Flessibilità negli orari
