Offer DescriptionPredictive tools for decision-making in port management based on Machine Learning, including permanence criteria for stay at berth, long wave, and overtopping thresholds.Collaborator on activities related to the project/agreement stated.Tasks to be carried outIn the National Plan Project PID2020-112794RB_I00, and its subsequent extension request already approved, the need for the execution of field campaigns for monitoring in port environments is identified. During the execution of the initial period, a wide knowledge of the measurement and data processing needs was acquired with the two people hired in the project, according to the initial request of the project. After the extension was granted, it has been verified that for the pending tasks until the end of the project, it is necessary the incorporation of a person with a profile more related to the adjustment, placement and handling of equipment and instrumentation, so the new profile is identified with the category of “Axudante de apoio á Investigación” (“Acordo sobre clasificación profesional, condiciones de traballo e marco de referencia da representatividade laboral do persoal contratado con cargo a proxectos e convenios de I+D+I financiados a través do capítulo VI da UDC do 17. 11.2014”). Due to the characteristics of the work to be performed, the required training is “FPII, higher grade training cycle, BUP, Bachillerato”.
