You may just recognise the Glasdon Group product portfolio of market leading environmental and safety products!About the role:To ensure ongoing group expansion, we are looking for a self-motivated individual with either a product design or marketing background to help identify and develop new product opportunities across all market sectors at home and abroad.If you have a genuine desire to succeed and wish to join a progressive company, with excellent opportunities and benefits then look no further!The successful candidate with be provided with full and comprehensive support and training.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research.
• Identify new product ideas.
• Monitor trends and market opportunities.
• Manage concept creation.
• Develop concepts through customer research.
• Write design briefs.
• Face to face research meetings
• Business travel.

About you:

• Have a product design or marketing related degree (minimum 2.1).
• Skilled in research.
• Innovative and forward thinking.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Technically and commercially minded.
• Friendly, personable and willing to travel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• An effective individual and team worker.
