Job Purpose:
Ulster University requires a customer service oriented Research Data and Intelligence Manager to join its Research and Innovation Directorate. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and troubleshooting skills as well as a strong working knowledge of complex IT systems supporting a secure implementation of data services and applications used by both academic and professional services staff.
The successful candidate will be required to lead and support the design, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Research IT services, associated systems and issues while ensuring any proposed applications and tools interoperate to deliver planned functionality. The candidate will also be required to create and maintain technical documentation and manage end user training and support.
