Research and conceptualization applied to the world of experiences
Creative conceptualization for data-driven experiences
Research to detect trends in different industries
Interest in marketing data analysis
Design of presentations to pitch data-driven creative concepts
Creative projects management and improvement of processes such as: brainstorming, Workshops, Tool kits, Focus Groups, Sprints, Design Thinking, Lean Startup Methodology etc.
Working with other Fever teams to deliver creative concepts, Insights, solutions, and presentations

About You

Based in Madrid
English professional proficiency
1.5+ years of experience in a creative or research team at creative agencies, or consultancy
Business and data-oriented
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager will be valued
Deep passion for trends research, digital marketing, and social media
Analytical skills
Proactivity and ability to work in a highly demanding, fast-moving environment
Adaptability and global thinking
Teamwork attitude
