If you thrive in a dynamic, ambitious, and multidisciplinary environment, read more and apply today for a life-changing career.

The positions

Among other responsibilities, you will:

-Perform hands-on experiments and contribute to the development and maturation of cell formulations.
-Prepare cellular doses, design and execute in vitro studies, and interpret assay read-outs.
-Communicate and discuss conclusions with stakeholders and collaborators across the organisation.
-Work within multidisciplinary teams to support the advancement of therapies for Parkinson’s Disease and Chronic Heart Failure.

Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in these roles, we would expect you to have:

-A M.Sc. or Ph.D. in engineering, pharmaceutical, biological, biomedical, medical sciences, or a related field.
-Hands on experience in assay development, cell handling and in vitro study design.
-Knowledge and understanding of cell biology, biomedical engineering, or clinical workflows.
-Prior knowledge about GLP, GMP, and regulatory frameworks are an advantage but not a prerequisite.

As a person, you thrive in an environment where we work in collaborative teams and rely on each other; e.g. for technical, strategic, regulatory, and clinical expertise – making effective communication an essential skill. The position requires curiosity, adaptability, and a creative mindset together with good time and resource management skills.

About the department
The Delivery and Formulation & Analytics groups are dynamic and diverse teams in Cell Therapy Platform Technologies, within our broader Transformational Research Unit (TRU). The TRU is unique in the sense that it covers the full R&ED value chain, which means we function as an integrated unit, spanning from early research to GMP production, non-clinical, and clinical development in the same organization. Our two groups are primarily based in Måløv, Denmark, and we are experts in cellular formulation, analytics, and delivery. We are 13 scientists and technicians, divided into the Delivery and Formulation & Analytics teams with shared goals but specialized competencies. We put emphasis on empowerment and a high degree of transparency in all that we do, and offer a dynamic, flexible, and positive working environment with opportunities to develop professionally while solving cutting-edge scientific challenges. We are driven by curiosity and desire to make a difference.
