Offer DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Contribute to the preparation of quantitative research (surveys) and preliminary processing/analysis of data
- Contribute to conducting qualitative research: recruiting participants, conducting semi-structured interviews, checking the accuracy of interview transcripts and assisting in data analysis (as a “second coder”)
- Contribute to the systematic review of the literature: searching databases and key websites (e.g. WHO), analyzing documents according to established criteria, extracting data from identified documents/articles according to an established protocol, analyzing behavioral and public health interventions
- Assist in organizing meetings and workshops with experts
and stakeholders * Assist in organizing public engagement events and workshops to promote health behaviors and antibiotic stewardship (e.g., as part of the World Antimicrobial Awareness Week)
- Present research plans and results at meetings
- Collaborate in the preparation of reports and articles for publication

- Master’s degree or completed at least 4 years of studies (e.g., bachelor’s + 1 year of graduate studies) in psychology, social sciences, medical or health sciences or other related field (e.g., with experience relevant to the project)
- Interest in the area of health psychology, health promotion, health behavior change / behavioral science, implementation science, applied research and/or interdisciplinary research
- One year of research experience, particularly knowledge and/or experience related to survey research (questionnaire design and statistical analysis), qualitative research methodology (including interviewing and analysis), literature review methodology (including ability to critically evaluate the quality of research/articles)
- Oral and written communication skills to clearly present research
- Awareness of issues related to research ethics and open science
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Motivation to expand skills and take initiative
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Advanced English language skills (B2+)
- Fluency in Polish (C1)

- Employment based on a full-time contract for a period of 12 months from January 1, 2025, with the possibility of extension for a total of 4 years
- Possibility of a part-time contract depending on the preference
of the candidate * Monthly salary in the range of 6400 – 8400 PLN gross (with full-time employment)

- Scientific achievements – 20% of the final grade
- Competence to carry out research projects – 70% of the final grade
- Distinctions in the field of ongoing research – 10% of the final grade
