• Work on the product development side of the business.
• Project definition work.
• Testing product builds.
• Developing new products in line with industry trends

As A Research and Development Lead You Must:

• Understand and have strong knowledge of Electrical power.
• Mechanical and Electrical understanding.
• Finite Element Modelling experience.
• Be based within the UK.
