Offer Description

RESAVER Pension Fund has been created to facilitate the free circulation of researchers by removing pensions as an obstacle to mobility and by supporting research performing organisations, regardless of their size, to operate cross-border and increase their attractiveness to international employees. It is a pan-European occupational pension fund that is exclusively open to public and private institutions employing researchers.

RESAVER is looking to appoint a Pensions Fund Manager to manage the RESAVER pension fund and ensure that the scheme operates effectively and sustainably. The postholder will oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of the scheme and adherence to internal processes to ensure compliance of legal obligations, and accounting and budget reporting.

They will be the primary contact for RESAVER institutes that are members and assist as appropriate with potential members looking to join the scheme. They will work closely with external experts to ensure good governance of the scheme and legislative compliance.
