• Passionate about the management task and has experience in managing people and processes.
• Have strong collaboration skills, take an interest in the business and take responsibility.
• Has a relevant education and extensive experience in an accounting department.
• Has control over the set of regulations within the accounting area and knows how to seek out knowledge.
• Is a super user of Excel, has a good understanding of IT systems and you are strong in working in SAP.
• Is structured, persistent and good at prioritizing.
• Communicates Danish and English in both writing and speech.
• Has a proactive approach, high drive and personal leadership.

Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilitiesKey responsibilities (text) You will be responsible for the accounting team, where some of the tasks are:

• Ensure daily operations and the continued development of the accounting team.
• Ensure deadlines and quality.
• Carry out own operational tasks.
• Manage the monthly closing and participate in the year-end.
• Contact with stakeholders.
• Responsible for the collaboration with GBO (Global Shared Service Center) on outsourced tasks.
• Many varied and exciting ad hoc tasks and assistance across Finance & Accounting and the rest of the organization.

Overtime is reflected in the salary. Working hours are between 8-16 on weekdays, but we are flexible, and you can also work from home.

• Salary within IKEA’s salary policy based on your skills and including pension.
• In this position, you will have a reference to the Country Financial Controlling & Tax Manager and the position is in the Service Office (Head Office), IKEA Taastrup.
