Job Description:Osoba na tym stanowisku naprawia i testuje mechaniczne i elektromechaniczne zespoły i podzespoły. Pracuje na podstawie rysunków, szkiców, schematów elektrycznych oraz pisemnych lub ustnych instrukcji w celu zrozumienia i wykonania czynności naprawczych i/lub testowych.Lokalizacja: Nadarzyn, mazowieckieResponsibilities:Wsparcie techniczne w zakresie napraw i napraw produktów dla przydzielonych zespołów i podzespołów mechanicznych i elektromechanicznych

• Identyfikacja i naprawa usterek przypisanych produktów poprzez praktyczne zastosowanie nabytych technologii i umiejętności
• Demontaż, czyszczenie i montaż przypisanych produktó w połączeniu z działaniami renowacyjnymi
• Generowanie i przygotowanie raportów (testy, dzienniki napraw, dokumentacja napraw, sprzęt testowy)
• Zgłaszanie powtarzających się problemów jakościowych odpowiednim osobom lub grupom
• Poszerzanie praktycznej wiedzy na temat całej linii produktów oraz powiązanej diagnostyki i procedur testowych
• Używanie precyzyjnych przyrządów, takich jak mikrometry, suwmiarki i mierniki otworów do pomiaru części składowych i pomocy w naprawie, renowacji i powiązanych działaniach

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 lata doświadczenia jako technik napraw w zawodzie technika napraw
• Dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne
• Doświadczenie w montażu mechanicznym/elektromechanicznym.

Works from drawings, sketches, wiring diagrams and written or oral instructions to understand and perform repair and / or test activity. Ensures work meets established technical, product and quality requirements.Location: Nadarzyn, mazowieckieResponsibilities

• Provides Repair Technician support and product repair for assigned mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Identifies, isolates and corrects malfunctions on assigned products through the practical application of acquired technologies and skills.
• Disassembles, cleans and reassembles assigned products in conjunction with refurbishment activities.
• Generates and maintains required test reports, logs, documentation and test equipment.
• Reports recurring quality problems to appropriate individuals or groups.
• Enhances working knowledge of the total product line and associated test diagnostics and procedures.
• Uses precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers and bore gauges to measure component parts and assist with repair, refurbishment and related activity.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Repair Technician.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
