OverviewPoland Renewals ExpansionThe Hyland Renewals team is excited to announce the expansion its Renewals Operations capabilities with the creation of a new Renewals Operations center in our European flagship office in Katowice! After careful consideration, evaluation of multiple European locations, and site visits to Katowice and the greater Katowice/Krakow metropolitan area, three factors came together that make Katowice the clear choice: (i) the cosmopolitan, multi-lingual, highly skilled workforce; (ii) the incredible quality of the Hyland facilities; and (iii) the urban and rural environment served by high-quality transportation infrastructure. Put simply, the greater Katowice/Krakow region offers our colleagues a great quality of life which will enable us to build a high-performing team with an outstanding workplace culture.The Renewals leadership will add three new Renewal Operations team members as part of an initial investment. Collectively, this team will form what we refer to today as a “Shared Services” function within the Renewal Operations team.The Renewals team serves as a critical steward of our existing customer accounts, our renewable opportunities, as well as our renewable revenue. Team members will be expected to bring their experience, intellect, analytical capabilities, and communication skills to bear as we solve problems together.What you will be doingTeam members will be responsible for:

  • Developing a mastery of the intake, analysis, and resolution of the administrative and operational inquiries that emerge as part of our Renewals-related activities.
  • Collaborating with their peers in Europe and the US to optimize policy and process and to drive continuous efficiency improvements across all stages of the renewals lifecycle from quoting to purchase order handling to billing and invoicing.
  • Engaging in operational planning to drive the most efficient work practices: how we organize, batch, schedule, and create highly efficient work processes.

In any given day, team members will:

  • Work inbound requests and inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders related to various aspects of the renewals lifecycle.
  • Complete analysis and provide recommendations to their colleagues within the Renewals team.
  • Execute against planned and structured operations and support activities.

To fulfill their scope of work, team members will work in a variety of systems, including:

  • Salesforce – our system of record for customers, opportunities, quotations, and orders, as well as our system of record for inbound stakeholder requests and inquiries
  • Workday – our system of record for invoices
  • Our Current Contract Lifecycle Management (“CLM”) Solution and Its Successor DocuSign CLM Solution – our systems of record for contract management and a variety of related collateral, including historic invoices
  • Microsoft Power BI – our business intelligence solution

What will make you successfulAll team members should possess the professional skills and capabilities to be successful in this type of performance-oriented, deadline-driven environment where revenue, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction meet. Team members should possess competence and confidence in the following:

  • Multi-lingual capabilities; English C1 level and an additional European language (Spanish, French, Italian etc.)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • An inquisitive, analytical, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with enterprise CRM and related systems common in Sales, Renewals, and Billing-related ecosystems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related Microsoft applications

The primary work location is the Hyland office in Katowice. We expect the team to be in office up to four days per week as the team builds its competence and confidence, transitioning to three days within six months.
