These are the things that we’ll be looking for from a candidate:

• Exposure to RTB Auction or similar experience
• Advanced knowledge of Python using numpy & pandas;
• Being able to optimize and speed up code.
• Past experience managing a team

In addition to the above, you’ll need to have strong knowledge in the following areas:

• Algorithms and Data Structures
• Probability & Statistics-Markov processes and its stationary distributions;
• Stochastic matrix and properties of its eigenvalues; Bayesian inference and conjugate distributions; Two-sample hypothesis testing.
• ML & DS -Dimensionality reduction; Geometry of PCA and SVD; Geometry of L1 and L2 regularisation; Decision Trees; Collaborative filtering; Thompson sampling; MCMC; Boosting, (Biases in Boosted DT); Bagging
• Neural Networks- Embeddings; Encoders; Drop-out; CNN, RNN; Internal covariate shift.

We are looking for Senior Data Scientists to work remotely for AdTech company, we process over 1M requests/s and all teams constantly face with high volume, low latency and geo-distributed challenges.We value technical excellence and you will have both resources and time to deliver world-class code & solution.This is a 100% remote position, for qualified candidates we help with visa and relocation to Poland.You will be working with team members in NYC and Poland.In this role you will be working on the conception, design, development, testing, and deployment of real-world applications of models & data that impact billions of dollars of marketing spend.From optimizing real-time bidding auctions, to separating human from non-human web traffic, to building out a global cross-device graph across billions of users, you will have the opportunity to work on numerous cutting-edge problems and develop scalable, high-performance solutions to big data problems using state-of-the art technologies, languages and frameworks. ,[Optimising real-time bidding strategies and auction mechanics to efficiently spend ad budgets and deliver against campaign targets, Improving existing or developing new traffic segmentation algorithms and estimations of bid landscapes within each segment, Supporting and enhancing the existing work on health user profiling, prediction, and targeting tools, Contributing on projects relating to patient/physician identity for cross-device tracking, profiling and targeting, Supporting existing codebase for data integration and production support for our core models., Improving page contextualizer technology: work with healthcare topics detection algorithms, keywords/phrases extraction, general and aspect-based sentiment analysis., Partner closely with Engineering on the architecture and implementation of modeling efforts to ensure performance and scalability ] Requirements: Python, NumPy, pandas, Keras, scikit-learn, Scala, Spark Tools: .
