CYBER INSURANCE LEADERS –Your tasksYou will support us, particularly in acquiring new members for our communities, as well as in organizing and following up on various community events and activities. For this, you will mainly work in the LinkedIn profiles of our community hosts—typically corporate executives—and in the email inboxes of our communities.Specific tasks include:
- Preparing and following up on community events, such as preparing guest lists and name tags, evaluating participant surveys, connecting participants via email, updating the CRM, etc.
- Pre-selecting potential community members and contacting them with pre-written messages via LinkedIn
- Sending various informational messages and invitations to potential and existing community members via LinkedIn and email
- Responding to incoming emails and LinkedIn messages and comments using templates that you modify based on the situation
- Posting and analyzing specified content via LinkedIn
- Email contact with community hosts and podcast guests to assign and follow up on tasks
- Maintaining our community member database (CRM)
- Supporting wherever needed
Your Goals:
- Error-free work and clean execution: You work with great attention to detail. Especially, the LinkedIn and email communication you send should be as error-free as possible.
- Performance orientation and efficiency: You are eager to go the extra mile, work swiftly on the computer, and f.e. can send as many as 150 pre-formulated messages per hour.
- Excellent time management: Your time management is outstanding, and you can easily handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines simultaneously.
Your profile
- You will start between December 1, 2024, and no later than February 10, 2025, with a 40-hour workweek.
- You are available during our core working hours—Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM—while arranging your precise working times within a certain range, in agreement with us.
- You have several years of professional experience, e.g., as an (office) assistant, support staff, administrator, call center agent, etc.
- You speak and write French and English at a minimum C1 level and are highly proficient in spelling and grammar.
- You are fully committed, proactive, and eager to go the extra mile.
- Your time management is outstanding, and you can easily handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- You are reliable and work with great attention to detail.
- You enjoy working under clear guidance, with established processes, and don’t mind repetitive tasks.
- You have previous remote work experience, are skilled with computers and the internet, and have a fast and stable internet connection.
- You have worked with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel) before.
- You are willing to travel once or twice a year for approximately week-long company meetings.
