• Location: The offices are spread across Poland, in each major city.
• Mode of work:hybrid, 30% on site.
• Type of employment: permanent employment contract
• Project language: French and English (min B2)
• Character: Digital Transformation

Your tasks:

• Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including user accounts, groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policies.
• Monitor and optimize AD performance, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve AD-related issues, including replication, login failures, and policy application.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for escalated issues related to end-user computing environments.
• Implement and manage security policies for user authentication and authorization.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AD with other systems such as Azure AD, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments.
• Excellent command of French and English (at least B2 level).
• Familiarity with identity and access management (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD,
• Okta).
• Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments, particularly Active Directory and DNS.
• Experience with hybrid identity management.
• Strong knowledge of Group Policy Management and PowerShell scripting for automation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
