Role of a Religious Studies Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons on various world religions, ethics, and moral philosophy.
• Foster a classroom atmosphere of respect, curiosity, and critical thinking.
• Encourage students to explore and understand different religious traditions and their impact on society.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Religious Studies curriculum and participate in school-wide initiatives.

The successful candidate will:

• A degree in Religious Studies, Theology, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Experience in teaching Religious Studies at secondary school level is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for education and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
