Location: Gosport, Hampshire
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum (Early Career Teachers welcome to apply)
Start Date: February Half Term 2025

This role offers the perfect opportunity to inspire students, develop their understanding of religious and ethical concepts, and positively impact their academic journeys.About the Role

  • Deliver engaging and thought-provoking RE lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment where students feel encouraged to explore diverse religious, moral, and philosophical ideas.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that align with the national curriculum and cater to varying abilities.
  • Assess, track, and provide constructive feedback to ensure student progress and achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources and share best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (or pending QTS for Early Career Teachers).
  • Passion for Religious Education and the ability to inspire curiosity and critical thinking in students.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
  • A commitment to student development, well-being, and progress.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to teaching.
