Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical Industry Specialist, VIQI brings together enthusiasts who are dedicated to working with manufacturers focused on patient health.We are currently recruiting a full-time Reliability Engineer for one of our partners specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves joining an efficient team and being responsible for coordinating, carrying out, and documenting the preventive and curative maintenance of the site.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and document preventive and curative maintenance
- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Assist and guide maintenance technicians
- Analyze maintenance issues and implement corrective actions
- Write technical and GxP documentation
- Plan and oversee monthly maintenance schedules
- Monitor metrology activities and compliance
- Contribute to site projects and process improvements
- Maintain operational continuity through technical oversight
Desired Profile:
- You have a master’s degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
- You have 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industrial environment as a maintenance engineer or engineering supervisor
- You have experience with maintenance and industrial processes
- You have knowledge of CMMS (Maximo), ERP (SAP), GMP/white zone environments, and primary/secondary packaging equipment (Multivac & Siropack)
- You are proficient with project planning tools, SAP, Maximo, and MS Office
- You have a B2 level in English (written and spoken)
- You are dynamic, a strong communicator, and enjoy working in a team
- Efficient, organized, and conscientious, you are flexible and a driver of change
