Designing long-term solutions for the maintenance of E&I equipment in a chemical plant environment. You have a keen eye for preventive measures, high-quality sustainable solutions, and enjoy contributing to projects that enhance and future-proof factories.Responsibilities:
– You will use the Reliability/Inspection databases to analyze failure data and address recurring issues (bad actors).
– Conducting risk analyses for preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as facilitating root cause investigations, will be part of your role.
– You will demonstrate exceptional facilitation skills as a reliability engineer and collaborate effectively with different functional groups on site.
– You will be involved in various phases of new construction (CAPEX) projects and provide input for turnaround scopes to ensure reliability in design.
– Collaborating with Maintenance, Operations, Technology, Safety, and Projects multidisciplinary teams will be a key part of your responsibilities.
– You will report to the Reliability Engineer Lead.Requirements:
– You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience with E&I installations in the petrochemical industry, along with relevant industry-specific application courses.
– You should possess knowledge of high and low voltage installations, protection systems according to IEC61511, design/maintenance of installations in ATEX zones, and E&I equipment and installations.
– Familiarity with local and international industry standards and Reliability Centered Maintenance principles is advantageous.
– A bachelor’s degree in E&I is highly recommended, although extensive experience in E&I engineering is also considered.
– Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.Additional Information
