We are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a hybrid role for one of our clients in Jutland.You will drive the current scaled agile implementation and introduce strategic initiatives to improve their ways of working.You must have the right to work in Denmark without restrictions.Type: Contract / Freelance
Location: Mid-Jutland
Work model: Hybrid (40%-60% remote)
Start: 1 August 2024
Contract length: 5 months

Pay rate: Market DKK per hourKey responsibilities

• Drive RTE responsibilities on Release Train consisting of roughly 125 people
• Re-establish “Agile Product Delivery”/”Program-level” layer in current “Essential SAFe” implementation
• Drive continuous improvement across the whole release train
• Coach scrum masters in the agile development teams
• Consult on future setup (process and organizational) based on upcoming value-stream funded release trains
