We seek a passionate and dedicated Agile coach to join our team. As an Agile coach, you will join one of our RIS digital products as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and you will be crucial in optimizing our time to market, enhancing predictability, and maximizing value realization within our Agile Release Train (ART). You will act as a moderator, facilitator, and coach, ensuring alignment within and between teams. Our ideal candidate fosters an open and collaborative atmosphere, embraces curiosity, and proactively delivers exceptional value to our users.Your Main Responsabilities:As an RTE, you will take on diverse responsibilities that will push boundaries and drive impact:1. Optimizing the flow of value: Manage and streamline value delivery through the ART, ensuring alignment with Product Increment (PI) objectives.2. Facilitating ART events: Organize and lead key ART events such as PI Planning, ART syncs, and Inspect and Adapt workshops to drive alignment and continuous improvement.3. Driving continuous improvement: Identify and resolve impediments, manage risks, and promote quick decision-making and reflective learning.4. Supporting Agile practices: Coach Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and teams to enhance collaboration and Agile maturity across the ART.
5. Ensuring ART health: Foster team development, maintain ART stability, and drive value realization by enhancing DevOps practices and collaboration across teams.Who You AreWe are seeking individuals who inspire, guide, and embrace the Agile philosophy.
