Regulatory Ecotoxicologist – Higher Tier Projects

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare ecotoxicology dossier sections for both active ingredients and formulated products.
* Conduct assessments of client ecotoxicological data, including data gap analysis and preliminary risk evaluations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Provide scientific review and regulatory support for dossier submissions, maintaining clarity and accuracy in all documentation.
* Develop regulatory strategies for dossier preparation, including experimental planning aligned with European and national regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate experimental studies, including requesting, monitoring, and scheduling research activities within the company’s network and external partners.
* Oversee standard and advanced ecotoxicological studies, maintaining close collaboration with laboratories and regulatory teams.
* Support clients in post-submission dossier management and regulatory defense, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance.
* Stay informed on the latest regulatory developments in ecotoxicology to enhance the quality of deliverables and regulatory advice.
* Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and scientific forums.
* Contribute to regulatory science publications, such as technical articles, webinars, and conference materials, to support business development efforts.
Key Requirements:
* Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline, with substantial experience in regulatory ecotoxicology.
* Professional background in regulatory consultancy or the crop protection industry.
* Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with experience supporting junior scientists in an international setting.
* Excellent command of English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to conduct high-level regulatory research and provide innovative solutions.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
* Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and regulatory engagements.
