The employer is a world leader in health information technology and its application in healthcare.Position Summary:We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in departments such as the Emergency Room (ER), Labor and Delivery Room (LDR), Operating Room (OR), or Intensive Care Unit (ICU). RNs with experience in other clinical departments are also encouraged to apply. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals to devise care plans, and ensuring patient well-being through compassionate and skilled nursing practices.Key Responsibilities:Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide optimal care and advice.Observe and interpret patient symptoms, communicating effectively with physicians and healthcare team members.Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop personalized care plans for patients.Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements, administering injections, and maintaining patient records.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in patient care environments.Provide immediate medical care during emergencies and assist surgeons during operations.Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants in their duties.Foster a supportive environment for patients and their families, ensuring compassionate care delivery.Continuously expand knowledge and skills through participation in educational workshops and conferences.Qualifications:Proven experience as a registered nurse with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods, emergency care, and health and safety guidelines.Ability to follow health and safety guidelines rigorously.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.Responsible, compassionate, and patient-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.Bachelor’s degree (BSN) or diploma from an accredited nursing program.Valid nursing license and registration in the country of origin.Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.Salary:Salary range: GBP 2,000 to GBP 3,000 per month (Tax-free )The final salary offer will be defined based on the length and type of experience, the assigned department, and the candidate’s country of origin.Benefits:Furnished accommodation provided as per client PolicyTransportation service provided, from/to workCompetitive medical insurance coverageAnnual Leave – 21 Paid calendar daysAnnual Holidays – 10 Paid calendar daysAnnual – Economy Class round-trip ticketProfessional development opportunities.Relocation assistance.If you are a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking to make a difference in patient care, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
