Regional Site Supervisor, Managed Services EMEA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Supply Chain & Customer Service Supervisor for our Managed Services operations to develop, implement, maintain, and be responsible for the activities of the onsite logistic teams. The Regional Site Supervisor will help establish, maintain, and strengthen the Managed Services processes to ensure customer satisfaction and running a flawless operational execution. This position will lead a team of Logistic Specialists to support the replishment of laboratory consumables at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Daily oversight of logistics- and customer services processes at customer sites.

• Provide technical support to the logistic specialists.

• Provide leadership by developing and empowering staff, encouraging relationships, putting staff in a position to succeed, meeting their personal career goals while also achieving organization goals.

• Mentor and train the team to provide the best possible service through effective communication, scientific leadership, and problem solving.

• Lead a culture of customer experience awareness & excellent teamwork.

• Responsible for creation, management, and adherence to operational procedures.

• Drive operational performance by identification, monitoring, and trending of operational metrics – reducing inventories.

• Enables good working relationships with all business partners.

• Collaborate across functions to troubleshoot challenges with the quality department.

Keys to success:

• Bachelor’s degree – Excellent position for people which are looking for a 2nd step in their careers.

• 3+ years of customer service, operations, or supply chain experience, preferably in a high dynamic environment.

• 2+ years working within ERP systems, applying high analytical skills to the job.

• Excellent communicator and (meeting) facilitator skills.

• Experience in life sciences industry such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices.

• Maintain a high level of staff safety.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly fluid company environment, works with minimal direction.

• Demonstrates collaboration and respect, focuses on delivering value, and adopts learning and continues improvement.

• Possess excellent organizational and social skills, be able to communicate concisely and in a timely manner to clients’ requests.

• Willing to travel within Europe up to 25%.

• Capable to adapt to changing circumstances, can implement change in a positive manner.

• Customer focused, result and performance driven.

• Highly motivated, adaptable, and flexible.

• Fluent in English and Dutch.
