Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Senior Demand Planner to drive forecasting accuracy and lead local implementation of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process for the Dunaharaszti, Hungary manufacturing site.
This role combines hands-on forecasting and analytics with process leadership at the site level, ensuring that demand, supply, and inventory plans are fully aligned to support customer requirements and operational efficiency. As the local SIOP / S&OP Lead, the ideal candidate will be both data-driven and collaborative, capable of transforming insights into actionable plans while helping establish a sustainable SIOP / S&OP cadence for the facility.

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Demand Planner you will
•    Define and facilitate site-level SIOP / S&OP Demand and Supply Review Meetings and present net effects of forecasts to manufacturing, finance, and business leadership.
•    Develop, own, and continuously improve short, medium, and long-term demand forecasts using statistical tools and business insights.
•    Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to gather market intelligence, customer inputs, and promotional data.
•    Collaborate with Finance to align demand plans with budgets, forecasts, and business targets.
•    Prepare and communicate demand analytics and forecast performance metrics to leadership.
•    Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of the SIOP / S&OP process at the site level, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and timelines.
•    Drive collaboration between Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align on a single consensus of demand, supply, and inventory plan.
•    Support the integration of new tools, templates, and systems that enable a more efficient SIOP / S&OP process.
•    Work with Supply Planning and Operations to balance demand requirements with capacity, materials, and labor constraints.
•    Train and support team members in demand planning and SIOP / S&OP principles to build local capability.

Who are You?

The ideal candidate has at least a Bachelor’s degree ideally in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or other STEM discipline, and/or equivalent working experience; has 5+ years of experience in a supply chain planning role, and experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems is required, with a preference for SAP and JDE. Power Bi experience is a plus.
