Regional Sales ManagerScope: Seville regionWe are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Seville, who will manage the boutiques in these areas, as well as the wholesale customers assigned to the region.OVERVIEWThe Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for successfully driving sales revenue in a nominated region, whilst building and leading high-performing teams throughout the territory. To be considered for this position you must have an extensive retail background, and have previously managed multiple stores within a leading fashion brand. We are looking for a sales and service-focused champion who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and who enjoys working as part of a team. The position is field based with a company car provided. Candidates must be located within a reasonable and commutable distance from the store portfolio and eligible to drive in Spain.THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Regional Sales Manager will build high performing teams and strategically drive sales and profitability within our ‘Owned and Operated’ stores whilst retaining a customer-centric approach at all times. Global and local brand standards must be executed consistently, commercially and efficiently. The RSM will be responsible for building strong partnerships with key stakeholders in order to maximize the people, product & operational opportunities within the region.Key Responsibilities for the RSM include:PeopleLead, inspire and develop your people to build committed and high-performing Store Managers and teams. Adapt leadership and coaching styles to accommodate the varying experience levels across; people management & development, selling, stock and operational excellence and visual merchandisingPromote an inclusive and diverse culture in line with the Pandora Brand ValuesChampion a positive and flexible work culture, promoting continuous improvement and effective changeDevelop and invest in talent to create a robust internal talent pipeline and succession planRecruit A-Class talent into your teamsPerformance and StandardsSuccessfully drive sales performance to achieve sales targets and store KPIs for the nominated territoryCoach and lead Store Managers and teams to maximise sales & profitability and to deliver high standards of operational executionLead and deliver ‘best in class’ customer experience, brand initiatives and operational standards across all storesExcellent execution of global VM standards, influenced by global market expertisePartnerships, Training and CommunicationBusiness partner closely with HR, Retail ops, Training and Merchandising in order to maximize potential in people, product and salesPartnering with the ‘Sales Training’ team to develop training programs to deliver business resultsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with store teamsFacilitate face-to-face training/workshops for store teamsEnsure all Retail communications are shared timely and aligned with Group Communications standardsProcess, Analysis and AdministrationAnalysis of business performance, data and reporting to identify commercial opportunities, implement change and corrective actions where appropriateUnderstand industry standards and benchmarks and seek ideas to ensure Pandora is a market leader in service and operational standardsImprove regional stock loss and accuracyManage payroll in line with business expectationsProvide product, customer and local market feedback to the wider businessMORE ABOUT YOUExtensive retail management experience within a global organisation and a proven track record of successfully delivering in a similar multi-site field management role (e.g. Multi-Site Manager, Area Manager, District Manager)Strong expertise in wholesale channel management, with proven experience in negotiating commercial agreements and developing strategic partnerships to expand the network and drive business growth.Experience of running high profile region with a high turnoverA customer centric and service focused team leader with a target driven and sales-focused mentalityA strategic and solutions-focused manager with an excellent understanding of how to successfully achieve retail KPIsExcellent communicator, fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) with strong collaboration and influencing skillsAbility to prioritize and work under time pressure displaying pace and energyAn inspiring leader, coach and mentor with excellent people development skillsHigh level of business acumen and experience with strategic planningData driven and experience with scheduling, high performance and productivity, stock optimisation, payroll and territory managementA passionate team player that thrives in a fast-paced retail environmentSelf-motivated, organised and logical with effective time managementA creative flair with experience in visual merchandisingProficient using Microsoft OfficeAvailability to travel 80% of the timeOUR REWARDSOur people are an integral part of our success.
