Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager Clinical is responsible for coordinating and supervising the sales team to increase market share while defining strategies that align with company goals and philosophy. This role focuses on business planning, financial forecasting, and the development of tailored financial solutions for hospitals and laboratories. The RSMC provides leadership, improves team processes, and manages key relationships within the clinical Key Opinion Leader community.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise sales team activities to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Define and execute strategies in line with company objectives.
  • Manage business planning, monitoring, and reporting, including the provision of accurate, timely sales forecasts.
  • Develop and contribute to sales planning processes and budget setting.
  • Manage relationships within the Key Opinion Leader community in specific clinical areas.
  • Analyze commercial data to identify trends and change drivers while demonstrating entrepreneurial behavior.
  • Develop effective sales tools and utilize consultative selling techniques to provide profitable solutions.
  • Create tailored financial solutions for customers by applying an understanding of hospital and laboratory financial drivers.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to the sales team while improving structure and internal processes.
  • Review tender applications and offers to ensure accuracy, content compliance, and proper representation of the company image.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in leading a sales team within a culture of personal accountability.
  • Proven experience in consultative selling and the development of complete, profitable sales solutions.
  • Strong capability in commercial data analysis and identification of market trends.
  • Experience in strategic thinking and operational/tactical execution.
