Reporting to: International Sales DirectorActionsOutcomesAcquire local knowledge of regional requirementsEducated market approach.Identify potential new markets and install new distributors (in coordination with the International Director)Bring new specifications to new markets in the regions.Visit distributors and key specifiers and keep regular contactImproved relationships. Brand awareness.Train Distributor personnelBenefits as above but also maximises our networking potentialSupport implementation of the strategy of the company. Identify potential needs for support (i.e. marketing, technical etc)Increased distributor motivation.
