What you’ll do

Coordinate and lead the sales of Oracle Cloud Technology within the Central Government and Policing & Justice Industry. You’ll use your industry knowledge to support your sales teams and ensure customer success and happiness.

• Lead, drive, and deliver new cloud sales revenues across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS & PaaS)

• Meet with senior contacts/officals across UK Central Government, Policing and Justice Ecosystem to build credibility and develop lasting relationships

• Demonstrate deep understanding of Central Government departments objectives and how Oracle can support them on delivering against that.

• Implement the Oracle Cloud Tech strategy throughout your territory

• Manage sales reps performance with objectives, targets, and provide regular 1:1 coaching

• Develop long-term, balanced relationships with senior-level customers and partners

• Experience working within the Central Gov, Policing and Justice industry would be beneficial

• Experience of regularly engaging at a C level/Dir General level across the Central Gov, Policing and Justice Industry would be beneficial.

• A good understanding of OCI or other Clouds technologies
