Do you have experience as a HR Business Partner? Would you like to be part of an international company in the Wind Energy Sector?You will be part of a team of P&C Business Partners guiding the people agenda in the MED Region. Your primary stakeholders will be Vestas Business Leaders across several functions, and your daily area will be a regional matrix organization with a direct line to the P&C organization and close working relationship with Business.Responsibilities

• As a Regional P&C Business Partner, you will be responsible for shaping the People & Culture agenda.
• You will partner closely with several heads of function who are members of the regional management team, participating in their leadership teams and implementing aligning the people strategy across all countries in the region. This includes working in close partnership with the HRBPs in each country to ensure consistency and effective implementation of initiatives that support Vestas’ overall strategy.
• You will be a member of the P&C Leadership team.
• Advice and coach managers on organizational design, induction, exits, culture, and performance

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience as HR business partner or related roles, supporting senior leaders in various countries.
• University degree HR related: Business Administration, Human Resources, Psichology, Law…
• Fluency in English and Spanish

• Ability to appropriately navigate in a complex matrix organization
